I should’ve known Port City Foodie and interpid DIY-er Paul Stephen knew I was harvesting coriander seeds from my dried cilantro plant. I’ll send some his way (and perhaps see an interesting recipe on the Foodies blog?).
As for my plans with these babies, I’m thinking a big pot of chili come fall …
